Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line- A data transmission technology that delivers high speed Internet access over copper telephone lines, ISP’s in Australia offer the following speeds 256k/64k, 512k/128k and 1024k/256k. Some service offering allow ADSL speeds to go up to 8192k/384K. ADSL services are used by small business to access Internet based technology like email, web browsing and cloud computing
